Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Matome Post ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Matome Post, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Matome Post is a Windows desktop application that allows users to compose and publish content to multiple social media platforms — including TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and LINE — simultaneously through their respective official APIs.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Matome Post, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Comply with the Terms of Service and community guidelines of each social media platform to which you post content.
• Maintain the security of your device and social media account credentials.
• Take full responsibility for all content you publish through the App.
• Obtain all necessary rights and permissions for any content (images, videos, music, etc.) you post.

4. TikTok API Terms Compliance

When using the TikTok integration, you must also comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok for Developers Terms. You agree not to use the TikTok integration to:

• Post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines.
• Engage in spam, automated mass-posting, or other prohibited behaviors.
• Circumvent any TikTok platform restrictions or rate limits.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Matome Post to:

• Post illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

6. Intellectual Property

Matome Post and its original content, design, and code are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create and post through the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Matome Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any errors in content publishing, loss of data, or account issues on third-party platforms.

9. Third-Party Services

Matome Post integrates with third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or terms of those platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
